Returns & Shipping Policy

Unlike factory-made items, our items are handmade with care by artisans and in some cases, are custom tailored to fit your specifications. Upon receipt of your order, our customer service team or tailor team will be in contact with you to confirm the measurements and order details.

 

 

Within 24 to 48 hours of confirming the order, our artisans will begin their work on your items. Completion of order can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on amount of customization needed. Once it is completed, the item will be shipped directly from Korea to our warehouse for inspection. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days to our warehouse. After inspection, we do our best to deliver quickly to the customer.

 

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays, but our customer service team will be in contact if such an event arises. If you need your item by a certain deadline, please contact us before ordering, to confirm it that deadline can be met.

Once the orders go to our artisans (usually about 24-36 hours after you place and confirm your order), they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed. Because our items are hand-crafted with care for each client, we cannot accept any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
