A cheollik with a softer shoulder than the formal cuts and a chima that holds a deeper pleat for movement. The name reads as shared feeling, the silhouette holds the same intent. Cotton blend, lined bodice, hidden side zip.

Shared feeling, in cloth.
Mid-weight cotton blend, lined through the bodice. Hidden side zip.
The Sunday family table. The dinner where three generations sit down together. The cheollik that doesn't ask for an occasion, that becomes the occasion by being there.
Cheollik began as a robe for the Joseon court, cut for a body on horseback, the pleats engineered to fall from a fitted yoke. Six centuries on, the form survives because the architecture still works. A long shape that holds the body and moves with it. The modern cheollik keeps the bones and softens the register.
The Donggam version drops the formal shoulder and deepens the pleat. The cotton blend takes the pleat well and softens after the first wear. The bodice is lined, the hem is hand-finished, the side zip stays hidden. The piece reads as cheollik without insisting on the court line.
Worn to the Sunday table. The grandmother sees the form she remembers. The mother sees the cut she can wear past dinner. The daughter sees a dress, just a dress, and asks if she can borrow it later. The shared feeling is in the room before the food arrives.
Hand-finished in Seoul. Inspected and fitted in San Mateo.
