A San Mateo studio serving the Korean-American community across the San Francisco Bay Area. Local pickup and in-person fittings available by appointment.
The Korean In Me began in San Mateo because that is where the families we serve live and work. We are a fifteen-minute drive from SFO, twenty from Palo Alto, thirty from San Francisco or San Jose, and forty from Oakland or Fremont, an easy afternoon for a fitting or a doljabi consultation.
For families outside the Bay Area, we offer virtual consultations and ship anywhere in the United States. The Bay Area service simply means you can come in person if you would like to.

In-person fitting
When your hanbok arrives from Seoul, you come back for a fitting. We check the chima fall, the goreum tie, and any small adjustments.
Local pickup
No shipping, no insurance, no waiting on a delivery window. You leave with the piece in your hands.
