Fabric and details
Pogeun, cozy. A cheollik with a fleece-lined interior cut for the coldest months. The exterior holds the traditional silhouette, the interior carries the warmth. The chima drops full from the yoke.

Occasion

Cheollik began as a robe for the Joseon court, engineered for a body on horseback. The pleats fall from a fitted yoke so the silhouette holds its line in motion. The architecture survives because the same problem persists. Winter weather asks the form for weight at the interior, without compromising the line outside.
Wool-blend exterior over a brushed fleece interior, lined from the yoke through the bodice. The chima holds the traditional pleat and drops full from the natural waist. A hidden side zip keeps the front clean. The interior fleece carries the warmth where the body needs it. The exterior reads as hanbok at every distance.
